Problem with mug no response back using problem submission option in app

Have a cup a couple of months and launch the software one day and it was a mandatory Update for firmware. After the update, the cup would no longer charge or work. I literally mean as soon as the update was completed the cup was no longer functioning . After power cycling and resetting for five days, it finally started working again, but it no longer indicates the cup is charging and shows bogus data on the display. Right now there is ice cold water and it says it’s 206°. Put it on the charger to charge and it no longer shows you it is charging the cup anymore, but apparently it is. Submitted two different problem feedbacks through the app and have heard nothing. I would avoid purchasing products because the warranty is 30 days and their own software updates and break the device. Great idea, poor execution.

Great Heated Traveler Mug and App

After getting this heated traveler mug on Amazon, the instructions include a link to this app. It syncs up well with the mug through Bluetooth and while a simple app, it has the information and you can make the changes that are needed. It tells you how much charge is left, you can convert the temperature back and forth from Celsius to Fahrenheit and you can adjust the temperature settings either through the app or directly on the mug itself. Everything works well and seamlessly.
