DRIVER CANCELLED, ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE
Cannot recommend this less. We attempted to use in NYC in freezing temp/blustery wind to get ride to a show. Waited outside for 1/2 hour as the app said driver was a couple minutes away. Tried contacting driver twice, no response. And then simply got a notice that our ride had been cancelled. Had to walk 20 minutes (again freezing and windy) with whole family to make the show…which we ended up late for anyway. Tried to contact Curb App for support, and that was a dead-end as well. Instead of having warm ride, we spent almost an hour outside and wasted time on this piece of cr*p app, with zero recourse.
