Use a different app
Try the one from Hamburg. It doesn’t require an IBAN from your bank like this one does. This app just keeps saying “payment failed”. I tried with 4 cards

This was a good app for many years. In the last year the app has not worked consistently. It takes payment sometimes. It takes different payments each time. For example, the app takes Apple Pay One day and not the next. It takes PayPal one day and not the next.
