Rip off company
Called to arrange for updated phone and lower rate after 12yrs with the same phones and increasing monthly rates. CSR stated one amount and I’m charged even more then Paid cash in total for a different phone in store and was told all receipts were emailed with the contract. Now AT&T added the new phone to a payment plan on my account.
