Ordering through mobile app more trouble than in person
Ordering through the mobile app is worse than ordering in person. When I ordered through the mobile app, I always get way smaller portions than if I would order in person. Additionally, if an item is missing like side queso or an item missing on the bowl you are not refunded the amount for the item you are given a voucher which expires in a month that is just terrible customer service. Who wants a voucher that expires in a mouth when I might not even order chipotle in a month. Also not every option is available on the app for instance if I wanted to buy just the three hard shells. That’s not an option in the app. UI is OK, but I don’t recommend ordering on the app. Just go in person.
