Why Bother?
I’m unsure if I got on a bus that arrived 9 minutes late or the bus that 5 minutes early. And that’s usually how it goes. The app is disgustingly and constantly inaccurate, including busses like the one just mentioned, it’s impossible to plan your own schedule based on the information provided in this app. Honestly, one star is FAR too many for the consistent delays in service, the inaccuracy of the app, the disregard of your drivers, your clear inability to tell time or share any usable information with your “customers” (we don’t have a choice- that’s why you have customers.)

The bus tracking is not always accurate!
Sometimes the app is very unreliable. It will portray a bus as coming that doesn’t come or when that is coming, not coming for a half an hour, and then when you decide to start moving away, the bus miraculously arrives. Sometimes the drivers either turn off the GPS or something. I don’t understand it. And something happens with buses from Troy for some reason they don’t tend to come as quickly as buses from any other area. Not sure what’s going on there and CDTA says they can’t track what happens in Troy, which is absurd.
