So I went through the process and just wanted to pay for a bilibili comic but I had to go through around 4 whole rounds of uploading my ids, passport, facial recognition, somehow a letter that promises I won’t do crime?? And the thing is even after all of this, the appeal didn’t go through. DO NOT USE THIS.
