Totally useless. Newest Release not working.

Am not able to open app. Keep getting “Sorry we are having technical difficulties. Please try again later”. This has been going on for more than 7 days.

Worst customer service I ever have seen…. App, phone, internet - all just as useless!!

Don’t bother calling these incompetent, useless people!! 2 of my packages were never delivered and if you think it is possible to talk to a customer service representative - Think again!! The aggravating computer will not allow you to talk to any customer service representative. It keeps saying my package was delivered and hangs up on me. No matter what I use for a description of my issue. They usually send a picture of where the package was left - not these 2 times and we were home just to get the packages. So disgusted with UPS!!! Will not buy anything that will be shipped from them!!

Delayed

I understand the amount of work you guys get out upon you this time of year, however the communication about why orders make it from TX to AL then put on hold for 2 weeks is insane, No explanation, no updated status- just delayed since Dec 13. Hopefully you will get stuff moving again soon.

I had received various texts a few weeks ago with delivery dates . My delivery now has been listed as delayed since last week. I’m wondering if it’s lost?

Unfair pricing

I ordered something admittedly last minute for Christmas on December 21. So I paid an extra $14+ to have it shipped 3 business days. I thought that would get it to me on the 24th (3 business days being the 22nd, 23rd and 24th). At worst, I thought it would come the day after Christmas on the 26th. But no. Despite arriving in town on the 24th, it hasn’t been processed for delivery until now and is coming late day on the 29th! I should not have wasted the money on allegedly faster shipping as this was not faster and NOT in 3 business days as promised!! Bah humbug!
