Caveat emptor
I foolishly signed up on some 5-year deal, paid $447 five years ago. I didn't use the service, and never heard from livedrive again. But I did hear from my credit card, because another $447 charge popped up out of the blue. No warning, no nothing.i tried to cancel the account but was "told" that the payment for the next 5 years would not be refunded. I launched a dispute with the credit card company, but was unsuccessful. Livedrive told the credit card company that it was my responsibility to understand the terms of the trial period. Trial period?? That was finished five years ago. I'm not even sure if my account cancellation was successful, but I sure will find out before the next time they come to rob me of $447. Beware this company.

Used to be bettet
Big fan on the briefcase. At one point several months ago; documents edited on a PC stopped opening on my phone. Talked to LD. They can reproduce it but fidnt fix it Not having access to important information is bad for my paycheck!! I made a briefcase folder inmy DropBox And mapped L drive to it and moved the contents over. All good now.
