Mangled my reservation
I made a reservation for Christmas this year, then changed it on the app to a different set of dates because I couldn't fly, and I couldn't get through to get phone help unless I waited multiple hours. Now rather than showing the reservation as changed, the app shows the reservation as canceled, BUT their website shows the reservation as still valid. I just can't change it. It even shows my seats. I received a credit for only half the fare I originally booked but not the full amount. Clearly there is a bug, but after waiting on the phone for a three hour hold time tonight, they tell me it is in their system as canceled and want an extra $15 to make a new reservation that the app corrupted. I have flown Alaska for decades, but this is beyond maddening.
