Lousy
They make it so complicated to use the support and help functions. So many hoops to jump through. Also hard to waive credit card fee, switch to DBS or Amex instead.

Some improvements please
Overall intuitive to use. But 1. Wish I could delete/close some fc check&save ac and fcy securities settlement ac which I don’t use anymore/ regularly or at least let me hide them. 2. If used Chinese (translation) as the app language it could cause some functional problems. E.G equities trading. 3. No way to contact SC sg except calls for technical issues.
