Worst banking app I’ve ever used
I have accounts in several banks in different countries and this app is by far the worst and most usless ever. Half the time when you try to open the app there is an error and you can’t even access it. When you finally do manage to log in the app is soooo slooow. Any time you click something it takes five seconds to load the next screen and every kind of information or function is hidden so you have to click multiple times just to get basic information like your account balance and the last transactions on your account. Today I’ve been trying for 20 minutes to charge my phone without success. Absolute garbage design and functionality.

Repeatedly failing access
I’ve been a customer for a long time. Every single time: - I haven’t been using the app for a little bit - I change my phone - I reinstalled the app I lose access to my account in the way that can only require customer service contact- most of the time am impossibile endeavor. Everything pivots around the app. Make the app better. I hold several accounts through many financial institutions around the world and I never have as many problem as with the Allianz Bank’s one. Upgrade. Change. Do something. Security does not mean client should have a hard time accessing their own account.
