LIFENET Consult provides physicians with critical patient data to perform a cardiology consult remotely, make diagnosis and treatment decisions, and respond to hospital consult requests.
LIFENET Consult is part of the LIFENET System, Stryker data management system. After paramedics in the field send patient data to the hospital, nurses or physicians are able to send that data on to LIFENET Consult. LIFENET Consult users will be alerted to a new request on their phone, where they can review data and respond back to the hospital. The LIFENET System website keeps track of all consults, allowing physicians to view their activity.
Users can configure LIFENET Consult to remove patient sensitive information and to specify the following parameters:
-12-lead format and type (3, 4, and 12-channel; standard or Cabrera)
-Sweep speed (25 mm/sec or 50 mm/sec)
-Diagnostic mode (.05-150Hz or .05-40Hz)
-Grid (none, 1mm, 5mm)
-CO2 units (mmHg, kPa)
-BP units (mmHg, kPa)
In order to use LIFENET Consult beyond the demo mode, you must register the product. A LIFENET Consult subscription is required and the hospital must be a LIFENET Alert user. Contact your Stryker representative for more information.
