Can’t scan and validate tickets in Warsaw
The app is happy to take your money but in the late 2025 on an updated iPhone with an updated app, it cannot scan QR codes in public transport in Warsaw. In other words it’s useless. Do not top up with a lot of cash but try if it works first. Maybe on Android it does but on iPhone there’s an error.

App does work every other day. Possible software conflict between the app and financial intermediary processing payments between user and their bank. They also blame each other for problems with using the app; just like the children on the playground - not a professional approach.
