About iChill
Based on the biology of the human nervous system, iChill helps us understand and regulate our body's natural rhythms. When in harmony, our nervous system aids in navigating life's challenges, helping us make sound decisions for ourselves and our community. This balanced state is called the Resilient Zone or "Okay Zone."
Stressful events can bump us into the High Zone (anxious, uptight) or Low Zone (numb, disconnected). iChill helps us return to our Okay Zone, restoring balance. Regular practice of these skills can reduce anxiety and depression symptoms, improving overall well-being. iChill benefits children, teens, and adults of all ages. It helps us answer the question, “What else is true?” leaning into our strengths to help manage distress in the present moment.
iChill is not meant as a substitute for counseling with a licensed mental health professional.

Emotional regulation simplified! Love this app!
The skills taught in this app are invaluable for regulating your emotions and nervous system. The skills are simple enough to be taught to children while being effective for all ages. I highly recommend this app!!!

Love the update, so grateful
I really love the update. It’s been a few weeks since I used the skills and I just worked through a few in the app and notice deeper relaxation in my legs and more open breathing, even though I’ve had a stressful night with my family. I like the timer at the end of the skill to remind to really practice tracking pleasant or neutral sensations. If you are newly becoming aware of your nervous system’s sensations, it feels strange at first but becomes so impactful.
