We’ve owned spas before including name brands like Jacuzzi, etc. We’ve owned our Arctic Spa for nearly 4 years now. We have zero complaints. There’s no comparison. None is more reliable, powerful, energy efficient, or more flexible than our Arctic Spa. They shine in bad weather (ice, snow, frigid temps, rain, sleet) . We love the “pool boy” software/ hardware. We can swim or row in it as well as host quite a few. Ours has 5 pumps and a foldable cover that’s super easy to put on or off. Highly recommend it.

Useful but could be better
Remote control and monitoring of my spa is great. I think that the UI could be cleaned up for the power management section though. Also, a notification for power loss to the spa would be a huge improvement.
