Pressure
I use my First Direct account regularly though do not make many transactions. Today I got a rude email telling me to use my account or it will become “Inactive” so I transferred some money between accounts. If my account becomes “Inactive” then I will move my money elsewhere. Please note that I was one of the first FirstDirect users many many years ago.
