Will be seeking new software
I have used this app for some time & although my clients have complained about constant issues, I toughed through it because I’ve gained clients via the app. This last month has cost me significantly. Clients have even reach out to other stylists because the app is showing zero availability during days I have no one. I emailed the company & still I’m only getting excuses. I’ll be trying out competitors this week! This is ruining my business being that I only recently began! And the constant fees are astronomical!
