Well this was disappointing....
I thought "capture a thought" meant I could write down what I was feeling specifically or whatever thought prompted me to be in a good or bad mood. Turns out the + and - just mean happy or sad and that's all you can graph. With no text feature to log current thoughts this app is senseless and limited in use. To bad..
