Don’t use app if you’re on a time constraint
I booked a taxi ahead of time for a designated time pickup. When they didn’t show up I called and they said I didn’t have anything booked and then said it would be a 30 minute wait. Ok I can’t control the wait time but what’s the point in scheduling if it doesn’t register? So I cancel the ride in the app since it’s useless and wait another 30 minutes. I call back and I’m told I have no ride coming because I cancelled my ride in the app. So apparently your booking does not get a taxi only cancels ride if you call them? This app is dumb and makes no sense. Now my wife is once and mad at me because she thinks I’m Incompetent of booking a taxi.

Stranded after prebooking
Left us scrambling after driver never showed for a prebooked ride to the train station (and no answer when calling the office). App kept saying our ride was ‘confirmed’ long after the pickup was missed, what a joke
