Worthless for remote access
This was always a poor replacement for the WPS-DVR app, but it got worse when it stopped working outside the home network. Disappointing that SnapAV has left us hanging with this.

Works when away from WiFi
The people who are leaving bad reviews because the APP does not work when you are away from your WiFi, obviously have no clue how networking works. The IP address you type in for your home network is not the same IP you use when you are off your WiFi. You must make "two" entries for your DVR. One for home (192.168.x.x) and away (what ever it is). Plus to use it away, you must open the port on your router. It is not the APP's fault, it is your limited knowledge.
