Support System??? More like “Denial System”
Been playing since the golden days of CH in 2011. Remember when some things in the game weren’t glitched? Now when you play, you WILL have an issue sooner or later. It’s nice to know the developers actually care about your experience with their game. DECA? they just don’t. They say they do, but they are to busy reaching for your wallet. Good luck if you lost an item, lost a login, (like when they reset everyone’s accounts and locked thousands of players out) or if you got scammed by their confusing quests and vendors. Say goodbye to your hard work and your hard earn in game goods. 99% of tickets are denied because of arbitrary rules that are not posted anywhere. Every denial is the same script, “Sorry it’s against our policy to help you, but we appreciate you! Thank you!” Pretty much sums up everyone’s experience with the game and support DENIAL system under DECA’s ruthless rule?

Honestly, the game has seen a lot of improvements since launch. It’s still hard to get anywhere without spending a lot of money which sucks but it’s actually doable now which is cool.
