Great service, just needs one app improvement!
I’ve been a loyal FPCU member for years and I’m truly grateful for their support. They helped me with my auto financing during the pandemic, and the staff is always incredibly kind. The mobile app is also very convenient and works well. The only thing I’ve been wishing for over the years is the ability to reorder or organize my accounts within the app to my preference. Adding that customization would make the user experience perfect! Overall, a great credit union.
