Robotek is free to play supported only by optional in-app purchases. You can finish the entire game without re-charging your energy. Play it safe: Learn all of the symbols in tutorial. Do not challenge nodes tougher than you. Master the gameplay, level up and go against weaker nodes first! You can always reset the campaign in Options and start from scratch.

Would love a sequel
Rediscovered this game when looking through my old apps for a different game I had never finished. I LOVE this game, and would kill for a sequel with more campaigns, more skins, more variety in development, etc etc. I just want more! As is, this game is a very fun few hours, or very fun few days if you buy the energy (I was also frustrated by the energy soft-lock, but then I considered that it’s basically a game that costs a dollar, with a free trial for 10-30 battles depending on your skill and luck). The robots are super cute and the battles have good replay-ability despite the limited dynamics. Again, a sequel with new attacks, maybe other wheel options, I would eat it up!!
