Great to use
Good product and easy to use one you get your claim started. Then you have to get all your papers faxed over from your primary doctor , not a bad company buts hard to figure out if you have never used fmla before.

Unable to upload documents as described
The app is so bad one must assume it is intentionally hostile. I was finally able to upload documents as images less than 5MB in size. Larger images or pdfs always resulted in a 502 bad gateway error.
