Great Idea, would be Good if it worked out well
I just want to leave my frustration with ODP, it is a shame that you switched the way we can use our Office Depot card to this app and it is so glitching and malfunctioning. It is a great idea to have an app, even though in my opinion as a user it isn’t user-friendly and intuitive, someone lacking tech skills will not be able to manage to find what they want, and when we find it, it comes to the “an error to add your order to the cart. This is a great way to lose customers and make people mad that they are losing a good part of their day trying to figure this out. Please review your app if you would like people to use it, cause it isn’t working.
