Trash
All is updated on my phone including my software & CNB app, but this CNB app won’t load so I can log-in to type my name & password. No problems w/ my Chase app or any other apps; just this CNB app refuses to load & is Trash. Needs fixed ASAP.

Can’t Answer Two-Factor Authentication Question
When I go to log in, it asks me one of my security questions for two factor authentication. I go to click on the answer box to type the answer and it just doesn’t do anything. No keyboard pops up. Tested this with the in-browser site and it did the same thing. It is not a problem with my phone screen, no other apps have any issues. Called about it and they couldn’t help me.
