Simple and it Works!
This is the second sodium tracker I have downloaded. My doctor said I needed to track my sodium intake. I like and will continue to use this tracker because it is simple to make a list of foods and simply choose them when you want to add the sodium from that item to your daily intake. A bonus is there are no payments that are needed to unlock needed features, it’s totally free. You simply touch the + to add a new item to your list, type the name of your item and enter the Sodium amount and then touch add to my favorites. One feature I like about a Favorites list is when you touch the item to add it to your daily total, it also allows you to enter it as a fractional or a multiple of the serving size. This eliminates the need to make multiple entries for different serving sizes. I originally tried another Sodium Tracker and Counter made by Ten labs, however, it was essentially useless without paying for it. in the free version, it would not allow you to save it and you would have to re-enter it every time you wanted it added to your daily total. The only improvements I would suggest would be the ability to edit the title and sodium amount of your food items that you place in the list. Currently, if you make a mistake, you must delete the item and re-enter it. I am tracking my Sodium because I had a heart attack and this brought about to need to track it. As a heart attack victim, it would be helpful for me to also track my liquid intake as well as the fat content of foods. Perhaps this would be a good addition for a paid upgrade.

Nice and Simple
Thank you for updating the app!! I have used it every day for over 3 years to track my sodium due to having Meniere’s Disease. There is nothing else this simple and easy to use and I tried everything.
