Hice un pedido por la app y la primera vez apareció rechazado. Después intenté de nuevo y me salieron 2 pedidos, aparentemente en espera. Además, quise añadir los puntos del monedero y me pedía un código que debía llegar al correo electrónico. El correo llegó con un código de 4 dígitos, que al ponerlo en la app, no hizo nada. No me dejó avanzar por lo tanto, no se descargaron los puntos. Quise hablar con un agente para ver qué sucedió y para cancelar alguno y la única opción disponible es por medio de un bot de WhatsApp ¡que no tiene la opción de hablar con un agente! 😟 Llamé al call center y la agente me dijo que no se aceptaron mis pagos. Después me dijo que uno se rechazó y el otro llegaría en 40 minutos. El sistema no tiene la funcionalidad esperada para una compañía farmacéutica que debería dar una información ágil y correcta. Pésima app.
