I enjoy using FieldAware for my day to day. I start my morning by checking FieldAware and that’s how I know where to go next. It seems to be easy to use and I like how it saves the job history so I can go back in time and follow up. Once in a while A new job will not show so I have to delete and re-download, other than that I’ve enjoyed using FieldAware.

Jobs added to Field Aware often don’t show up on my tablet, but the office can see them in Field Aware. That doesn’t help the technicians in the field. Likewise, after finishing a job and completing all fields in an attachment (ie: checklist, quote request, etc.) the attachment will either be invisible to the administrators that process the paperwork or they will be “blank” on their end. Another efficiency killing headache requiring the tech to email their copy or admin to transfer data to their “copy.” This app was pitched as a way to streamline field service paperwork and increase efficiency on the backside, it does NEITHER!!
