No Transparency

How come there is no transparency with you all regarding rates? Are they variable or TOD rates? Are they fixed? What are the rates? I shouldn’t have to call to find out what the rates are, it should be publicly available information on your website. Or maybe it’s because you’re charging 40 cents per KWh? Proud to announce everything else but not how much you charge people or hide it so that people can’t find that information? Under rate it says 601….. What am I supposed to do with that?!

Last update was 1 year ago? Too long. Downloaded app and entered all correct information and got account number/password not recognized. Reset password and got same message. What good is this app? Uninstalled and will continue using Taylor’s direct website.
