Difficult to use
The app is complicated and difficult to find basic information. Just finding original ticket details is a pain. It shows latest conversations but have to go to properties to find original ticket details.

MSP Instance no longer supported
My company runs an MSP and we use ServiceDesk Plus MSP Cloud. We were able to use this app to respond and update requests for our customers until about a month ago. Now we get a message saying MSP is not supported by the app. When we contacted support we were told they are working on a separate app for MSP. Not sure why you would when this app worked until recently.
