Warning
This is a warning based on my experience. I pre-ordered several items and was charged right away. It’s now been three months past the expected delivery date, and nothing has arrived. I called and emailed support over a month ago. Even though I have provided the order numbers and specific items ordered, they haven’t shipped. Their reply is “our team is currently looking into this issue. While we cannot provide specifics due to the complexity of the issue, it stems from a technical error that the team is currently patching.” They’ve been investigating and patching for over a month. I would strongly recommend thinking twice before ordering until they can demonstrate better communication and fulfillment.
