The last 2 times I’ve been here, our food never arrived. Not good for the whole movie experience with a 4y/o. They refunded me, and the 2nd time additionally compensated me the with tickets for a future visit. There was no way to utilize the tickets to order the seats in advance, so when we arrived, we either had to sit all the way at the top, or all the way at the bottom - not the best choices for our needs. I’m hoping this visit will be better, and food will actually be delivered, and in a timely fashion. You pay too much at this theater for this kind of repeated service.
