Lost money, so confusing
I bought airport tickets and couldn’t see if I was using them or a normal pass. The train security gave us a huge fine because we made a mistake getting on. Without knowing it I was spending the airport rides ($13) on regular trips just because I bought them in advance. The app has sooo many screens and makes it very complicated if you’re not familiar with it and the metro. With I could get all the money back but no one at the stations could help and of course the app doesn’t care.
