They have your money in this wallet account but they are holding it and didn’t let you do transaction to pay bills. Never use this app!!!! No live customer support. They just to keep you money for their own use to make profit of it.

As long as send under 6k work great. if send over 10k pesos good luck. 50% time money seem to float. Also if in USA try to get help you will not get any. Must down load app and app so very difficult to add if no Philippine number even of say you are from America.
