30 dagen opzeg termijn en mobiel is zelfde dag verdwenen, naar winkel(betaald parkeren) nieuwe sim gekregen voor de laatste 30 dagen. Nieuwe IOS, opnieuw geen mobiel. Morgen opnieuw naar die winkel. Nog nooit zo een zooitje gezien

NO HELP FOR ENGLISH USERS
I purchased an E-Sim over five hours ago and have not received an email, nor have I been able to go anywhere to download it. I have been trying all day to get in contact with any type of customer service for this company, and none is available since I am outside of the Netherlands. The only “help” they have is an AI bot that does not help you if you do not speak Dutch, or do not have a Netherlands phone number. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY’S E-SIM WHEN TRAVELING.
