Can’t connect to server

For the past two days I haven’t been able to connect to the server. I’m in Portland, OR. Please fix the issue. Also why can’t we see the status of the hospital in region 1 on the home page?

Needs updating and more settings

I like the app, easier than logging into the web portal and great for checking hospital statuses. But why do I have to log in then tap three times to see what I really need to see? Suggestion: Default the home screen to your default view. Then when I open the app, log in with Touch ID I can look at the information I really need, not have to tap multiple times every time I open the app since all I use the app for is to look at hospital or resource statuses.
