Almost great
The app needs improvement. Sometimes it scans in the machine, sometimes it takes forever. Imagine that, with a big line behind you. If the QR code is bigger, maybe will scan better. Also, I know is a new app and will improve but the QR code “window” on the top left is extremely small and confusing at the time of opening. Other than that, the app is “almost great”. The futures, easy access, options and free rides, definitely a hit

You can use Apple Pay directly on the bus and totally bypass this garbage app. No sign ups, no account, no data collection, and Apple Pay is more private.
