Can’t get approved as a healthcare provider
I am a healthcare provider and tried to get approved several times since 2023, mostly out of curiosity. I have never gotten a response. Tried to reset password to try again today and there is an error the app can’t connect to the network.

Review
If you read the other reviews, you will notice that those morons provide very little context. You have to be a medical professional in order for your account to be approved by Face2Gene team; however, the app still lets you upload/capture a photo and get a diagnose that may or may not be accurate during the “pending approval” period. The app does what it says it will do, so to give it a bad review is nonsensical. I gave it 3 stars because the app is outdated and it’s not something a medical professional would use to help diagnose a patient.
