Useful but needs a lot of improvement
Useful and basic in helping finding new customers, But ... Every time you use the app you need to agree to the terms of usage, makes it slow and inconvenience. Also, you can find companies in certain radius ,but not in certain direction, so you can’t plot prospects customers in the direction of your travel .Moreover, you can’t plot and save potential customer on the map .you need to go back and forth to the app . Lastly , the app need major improvement in user interface, it’s slow, and doesn’t have the “fell and look “of updated app.

Needs Improvement
I'm a Rep and until this year my company provided me with a little JBT book of my territory with the jewelers listed by state and then by town name. This year they stopped that and only provide a spreadsheet version that only works in Windows, a problem since I work from an iPad/iPhone. This app is ok, but could use some improvement. The app only lets you search by town, zip or by proximity to your current location, which makes planning a prospecting trip difficult. There is no way to proximity search from a given town ahead of time and no way to see multiple towns at once ahead of time. Fortunately my company provides a listing on a Google Earth map of my clients, prospects and towns that might have a JBT rated jeweler. This app allows you to see a particular listing on a map, but not multiple listings on a map which would be way more convenient. Another problem is that it does not list all the jewelers from a town and their ratings on the same page, forcing you to page back and forth to find the ones with the best ratings. The update seems to come once a month, but my company sends their updates weekly so it is possible to miss a rating change for a few weeks. One particular annoyance is the screen to accept the terms loads up every time you open the app making it slow to load.
