Zero way to view samples w/o signing up
Magazines/news article apps are the only apps I even consider maintaining a subscription for, but I definitely have ZERO interest in signing up for a subscription without knowing exactly what the content is like first. Being able to view the magazine cover and the titles of content is not helpful either. There is no way to actually view any of the content- for example a sample magazine to browse through- without signing up. I am not going to trust that the content will work for us, especially when you have so many bad reviews in the App Store - I don’t feel like gambling with my money. That’s unfortunate, considering I used to read your magazine myself back in the day, and also got Ladybug magazines in print for my own child 20 years ago. I was hoping to see if I could use any of this content with my students, but there is no way to figure that out as a guest.
School Account Lamle
Apple needs to research
There are issues with the way subscription are being handled. When trying to make an account to be able to view the content on several devices you get multiple error messages, forcing you to purchase a single use option. And customer service is MOST CERTAINLY not helpful. It is a shame because the content is superb, but the lousy delivery and customer service will scar the Cricket Media brand permanently.
