I have changed my username and password three times
I keep getting the phone call and text message that someone has logged into my account with a valid password. It’s not myself doing it and nobody else has access to my bank. It’s not a joint account or anything like that, I don’t know if it’s a system error or what the issue is, but I would really like it to be fixed. Otherwise I will be considering changing banks because I can’t really take on the extra stress of worrying about whether or not my money is safe in my bank, when I went to the customer support messenger, I was just told to change my username and password yet again, but there is no guarantee that if I change the username and password for a fourth time that it will not continue.

This app is a joke
The bank mistyped my phone number when I signed up for a debit card, so every time I try to sign in the app, to just view my account, I am forced to call the bank. Every. Single. Time. It’s getting so frustrating I’m done with ANB.
