Subscription issues
I am a subscriber via the App Store. I recently purchased a new iPad and the content will not load. I have tried deleting and reinstalling the app to no avail. I can’t even send an email to support. Don’t worry about fixing. I cancelled and asked for a refund. Horrible app.

Issues Even After Updates
I've been using this app for years and frequently have issues with my subscription. I cancelled my subscription until the app is fixed. There have been a couple updates since, yet the app still has issues.
