Linkura’s stress check is like a health check, but in Linkura’s check, there is no need for visits to a health center or appointments with doctors. We do not need any blood samples or block time in your calendar to do the stress check. The data we need is collected with ease using a small wearable ECG meter on a chest strap. The results can be found in the app whenever there is time.
The stress check includes:
