Please update your maximum users per email

I reset my iPhone 5 and iPad mini, now only in my iPhone 5s have this eKarya and eMall. Problem is when I want to login my email on eKarya and eMall they said maximum numbers of machines reached for this account. You didn't reset the old UUID? Now I only can read them on my iPhone 5s. Please revise your maximum users per email!
