Hasn’t worked in weeks

This app hasn’t worked in weeks. It’s incredibly difficult to keep up with my prepay account without this app. I’m sure they are still turning power off at 3!

App does not load

I can’t give this any stars. When I go to the ap store and select the app. It does not load onto my iPhone screen. However my acoustic info is coming up when I select it. How weird is that. Please advise
