User friendly app
Despite what you think about Amber Cars, this review is based on the app, NOT the service! So, as for the app, I genuinely like it! Very user friendly and the fixed price reassures me that I will not try to be charged anything else other than what I paid for in the app. I prefer to order my cab this way because of it so that (some) drivers cannot lie and try to get you to pay more than what was agreed on the phone when it comes to paying in cash. As for service, 95% of the time I have not had an issue with amber. Have used them for many years now.
