Nightmare of an app

The app doesn’t work: 1. Can’t check my classes I signed up for 2. Can’t check my attendance 3. Can’t sign up( need to call the studio to book) 4. Can’t see the schedule ( there are no classes available according to the app) So I wasted weeks thinking the studio is closed. Now when I got a reminder email that my package is expiring, I realized they have been fully operational. All because of the app. Yes, I have deleted and reinstalled it several times, yes I have the latest version as checked and confirmed by the studio as well. Unreliable and frankly a time-waster!
