I get the hard copies of the mag but cannot access online. Can’t cancel it either with no access.

Digital Access Does Not Work
As a longtime print subscriber, I looked forward to finally taking the next step and extending my access to the digital world. Great idea, poor process: despite correctly following the process to register online, all links invariably take me back to the magazine seller trying to sell a renewal. No link actually takes me to the content, despite the fact that I was identified as “signed in.” Very lame customer fulfillment.
